Returns Eligibility:

We take back returns within 30 days after purchase. The conditions of being eligible to receive a return include the consequences of an item being unused, as received, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

To be considered eligible to get back, products should be in their resaleable, original and unused state. The following strictly enforced rules should be noted:
No Refunds on Worn Out or used Items: All products that display evidence of wear and tear, washed or modified will be ineligible to be returned.
Customer Incurred Damage: We do not receive the items back when they are damaged under the possession of the customer. This comprises physical damages, stains or broken seals.
Original Packaging: The product should be returned in the original packaging by preserving all the tags manuals and accessories. In case the initial condition is violated, the payback will be denied.

Return Process:

Return Shipping:

The cost of returning shipping is on the side of customers. Where we make a mistake, we will give a prepaid return label.
Refunds

When we receive your return and examine it we will e-mail you to tell you that we got your returned item. Another thing we will inform you is whether your refund will go through or not.

Approved Refunds:

In case your money is back, then you will receive a refund and a credit will be given to the mode of payment that you used initially. The request is to wait between 7 and 10 working days before the amount will be reflected in your account as a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
They have to refund you within the expected time and in case you have not got your money, you should check your bank account or contact your credit card company or by the payment provider. You just have to wait a few days before the refund will be officially posted.

Exchanges:

You are not required to give direct exchanges. In case you want to exchange something, you will have to return the original item according to our policy of returning item and will have to order something that you desire.
